Our client, a personal care manufacturing company, is looking for a IT Support Technician to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Clark. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, over 3 years of desktop support experience and experience using ServiceNow.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary face of IT Support, providing professional, face-to-face technical assistance for walk-up employee inquiries
responsible for configuring, imaging, and troubleshooting a diverse range of devices (Windows 11, Mac OS, iOS/Android) and enterprise software like Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud
maintain conference room technology (Microsoft Teams Rooms), Cisco IP phones, network printers, and basic LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
manage user accounts via Azure Active Directory and track the entire incident lifecycle including asset inventory and knowledge base documentation within ServiceNow
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
over 3 years of desktop support experience
experience using ServiceNow
requires 3-5 years of proven desktop support experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field
expert in Windows 11, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory administration
proficiency in using ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) and a solid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) and endpoint security
excellent verbal and written English skills are essential for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users, with multilingual abilities being a strong advantage
needs a patient, welcoming demeanor with strong critical thinking skills to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced walk-up environment
