IT Support Technician

• Provide responsive IT support through remote or in-person channels, addressing a wide range of technical issues
• Deliver advanced troubleshooting and maintenance for computer systems, peripherals, and networks to ensure optimal performance
• Manage and procure IT hardware and software components, including servers, computers, printers, and networking equipment
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software to meet client needs
• Perform repairs on computers and peripherals, coordinating with external vendors when necessary
• Monitor and maintain the functionality and security of PCs, peripherals, and network systems
• Assist and train users on system and network operations, fostering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Plan, configure, and maintain servers, databases, and mail systems to ensure stability and disaster recovery readiness
• Troubleshoot and document system outages and end-user issues in a timely and organized manner
• Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and software licenses for clients

• Advanced Desktop support, proficiency in Windows desktop, laptop, and server support
• Hands-on experience with physical workstation, laptop, and server setup
• Server experience- Active Directory required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Azure and Exchange
• Understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, switches, VLANs, and routing
• Experience with wireless access points and remote access tools
• Knowledge of Fortinet, ubiquity is a plus
• 50/50 IT/Desktop support and systems/networking support
• At least 2 years of relevant IT support experience
• Must have a valid Drivers license and reliable transportation required, travel to client sites in Albuquerque and Los Lunas and some travel to Santa Fe, NM
