Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with diverse technologies and provide direct support to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will excel in both technical problem-solving and client interactions, ensuring seamless IT operations and system functionality.

Job Responsibility:

Configure, install, and maintain Windows and Mac computers to meet client requirements
Monitor systems daily to ensure the integrity of hardware and service operations
Execute change requests for systems and services promptly and accurately
Research emerging technology trends to identify opportunities for improving client systems
Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and technical support to resolve client issues
Install and maintain network equipment, such as routers, switches, and access points, ensuring optimal connectivity
Create and update documentation for tasks, procedures, and essential client system information
Collaborate with clients in detail-oriented environments to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions

Requirements:

At least 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in a similar environment
Possession of A+ and/or Network+ certifications or equivalent knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision
Valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for onsite client support
Familiarity with PC desktop workstations, Active Directory, and Windows 10, 11
Proficiency in desktop imaging and basic network troubleshooting, including VLAN configurations
Commitment to continuous growth and staying updated on IT advancements
