Job Description:

Entry level IT Systems role providing telephone and on-site assistance to customers nationwide, resolving various software and hardware technology issues. Opportunity to expand and develop practical IT knowledge while working collaboratively with a motivated and friendly team.

Job Responsibility:

Provide remote technical assistance regarding bespoke business management software systems
Provide technical support for bespoke eCommerce platform
Administer basic SQL databases
Assist and train existing customers on-site when required
Install, configure, and diagnose desktop PCs and servers
Manage client, server, and network security
Configure and support multi-site LAN, WAN, and VOIP systems
Provide telephone and on-site assistance to customers nationwide

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience in Microsoft client/server environments
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL
Knowledge and experience in networking technologies
IT qualification/education or previous working experience in an IT role
Driving licence and access to a car
Excellent communication skills
Quick learning ability
Friendly and concise approach
Bright, driven, and energetic with a passion for learning and technology
