Job Responsibility:
Provide first line support
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for staff & students
Resolve hardware/software/printer issues – PCs, iMacs and iPads
Work reported issues/requests via tickets in a Helpdesk system
Support student & staff iPads via Microsoft Intune
Support & maintain classroom technologies, e.g. projectors, PCs, interactive screens
Occasional installation of software on specific PCs
Support school events that require AV Support in the school hall
Prioritise the Teaching & Learning requirements of the school
Build relationships with staff and understand their requirements
Occasionally work outside of hours to support events (time off in lieu)
Requirements:
