We’re seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this contract-to-hire role, you’ll provide advanced technical support, manage IT systems, and ensure smooth operations. Job Responsibility:

Resolve escalated technical issues
troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices
install and upgrade systems, software, and hardware
monitor performance and apply updates, patches, and security measures
support cloud-based backup solutions
document IT processes and configurations
collaborate with IT teams for efficient service delivery
provide excellent customer service and client communication

Requirements:

Previous experience in an IT Technician
Windows OS, MS 365
VMware or Hyper-V
CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
