Are you an experienced IT professional looking for your next challenge on the Gold Coast? We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our team in Southport. This is a 3-month contract focusing on delivering high-quality technical resolutions and hardware management in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Level 2 technical support across various operating systems, including Windows 11 upgrades
Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments to ensure seamless user productivity
Resolve complex Level 2 desktop support issues and technical escalations
Coordinate the deployment of computers and related hardware across the site
Manage the secure disposal and decommissioning of redundant computer equipment
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Level 2 technical support or desktop support role
Technical proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration
Demonstrated ability to handle hardware life-cycle management and deployments
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving diverse hardware and software issues
Must be an Australian Citizen and hold (or be eligible to hold) a Blue Card
