IT Support & Systems Engineer

• Setting up and managing laptops, desktops, and AV equipment for the London office
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components across the business
• Building and maintaining secure Wi-Fi and network infrastructure
• Providing responsive technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
• Implementing security measures to protect company assets and data
• Managing Office 365, Active Directory, and access permissions across platforms
• Creating and maintaining asset inventories and technical documentation
• Assessing IT needs and recommending upgrades or improvements
• Navigating change management with stakeholders and helping drive adoption of new systems
• Supporting the rollout of foundational IT processes and policies

• Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint security tools
• Familiarity with AV systems, laptop provisioning, and access management
• Comfort working across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and ability to work with minimal structure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritise security and navigate stakeholder resistance with confidence
