Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Supervisor to lead a remote team responsible for training, systems support, and application readiness. This role oversees specialists who design, configure, and deliver IT and application training. The supervisor ensures system stability, training quality, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational priorities while fostering a collaborative, service-focused environment.

Requirements

  • MediClear certification or equivalent HIPAA credential
  • Associate’s degree in Clinical Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • OR High school diploma/equivalent plus 2 years of IT operations experience
  • Strong understanding of IT workflows, healthcare applications, data integrity, and training methodologies
  • Ability to manage priorities, lead teams, and support remote staff

Nice to have

  • Epic certification (or ability to obtain within six months)
  • Healthcare IT experience within clinical, business office, or ambulatory settings
