We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our IT and SaaS infrastructure, providing hands-on support to employees worldwide, and ensuring secure, efficient operations across all systems.
Job Responsibility:
Provide IT support for Windows & macOS users
Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and more
Handle firewall, VPN, and endpoint security (ESET, Defender)
Support and monitor IT assets, licenses, and SaaS tools (Freshservice, Zapier, TeamViewer)
Manage virtualization and container environments (Hyper-V, Docker)
Contribute to IT automation and process improvement
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management (global environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking, and security tools
Hands-on experience with automation (PowerShell, Zapier, Power Automate)
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
Self-learning, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
