Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Specialist, where you will oversee the day-to-day operation, provide technical support, and collaborate on system upgrades and maintenance projects. You’ll work closely with our global IT team and be involved with a range of IT initiatives supporting our business needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day IT support globally, resolving technical issues for users
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal or external partners as needed
  • Ensure adherence to corporate security standards for computers and servers
  • Follow all documented IT procedures and workflows
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of user manuals and other technical documentation
  • Support the testing of IT security and cyber incident response plans
  • Complete administrative and ad-hoc tasks as directed by management

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist
  • Background in insurance or the financial sector preferred
  • Experience supporting Windows systems, including deployment and troubleshooting (Windows 10/11)
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and networking (setup, monitoring, maintenance)
  • Proven history of troubleshooting in multi-user, high-availability environments
  • Hands-on experience with PC repair, deployment, and asset management
  • Experience supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, Office 365, Intune, and Azure
  • Basic experience in SQL and programming
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Valid U.S. work authorization
