Join our team as an IT Support Specialist, where you will oversee the day-to-day operation, provide technical support, and collaborate on system upgrades and maintenance projects. You’ll work closely with our global IT team and be involved with a range of IT initiatives supporting our business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day IT support globally, resolving technical issues for users
Escalate unresolved issues to internal or external partners as needed
Ensure adherence to corporate security standards for computers and servers
Follow all documented IT procedures and workflows
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of user manuals and other technical documentation
Support the testing of IT security and cyber incident response plans
Complete administrative and ad-hoc tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist
Background in insurance or the financial sector preferred
Experience supporting Windows systems, including deployment and troubleshooting (Windows 10/11)
Familiarity with Windows Server and networking (setup, monitoring, maintenance)
Proven history of troubleshooting in multi-user, high-availability environments
Hands-on experience with PC repair, deployment, and asset management
Experience supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, Office 365, Intune, and Azure
Basic experience in SQL and programming
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
