We have a client in Westlake that is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist for a part-time role in their Westlake office. You will work 3 days a week onsite, flexible with days but MUST BE ONSITE FRIDAYS.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Tier 1 IT support with some exposure to light Tier 2 issues
Actively manage and respond to ticket queue via ServiceNow
Troubleshoot macOS issues (mac-heavy environment)
Handle break/fix support across hardware and software
Support conference rooms and AV setups, including: Google Meet, Logitech conference room hardware, Some exposure to Zoom
Provide support across: Google Workspace, Okta (SSO / access issues), iOS devices, General SaaS applications
Requirements:
3+ years of IT support experience (ideally in an enterprise environment)
Strong experience supporting macOS and Google-based environments
Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues
Experience supporting conference room technology / AV setups
Ability to work independently onsite while collaborating with remote teams
Strong communication skills
able to support employees at all levels, including light executive presence
Nice to have:
Prior experience in high-touch, in-office environments is a plus
