We are looking for a motivated and growing IT Support Specialist II to join our IT Operations team. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the Palo Alto office (Monday - Wednesday). The ideal candidate will support the design and execution of solutions that contribute to our internal IT infrastructure and end-user support processes. You will partner with cross-functional teammates to help deliver impactful IT service improvements, system upgrades, and technical support initiatives and play a role in advancing Pebl’s business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Provide dedicated, hands-on IT support for the Palo Alto office, including the troubleshooting and maintenance of physical IT infrastructure and A/V systems (e.g., network, badging, cameras, conference rooms or all-hands meetings presentations)
Collaborate with IT team members and business units to support troubleshooting, system implementations, and process improvements
Contribute to the development and improvement of IT support workflows, documentation, and knowledge base content
Apply foundational knowledge to drive operational efficiency, faster incident resolution, and improved employee technology experience
Uphold standards in timely, accurate, and professional IT support delivery
Assist with onboarding new employees and IT asset management
Participate in small IT projects or automation initiatives
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Typically 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and ticketing systems
An eagerness to take initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset
Nice to have:
Experience with IT asset management, basic scripting, or cloud tools is a plus
