We are growing and opening a position for an IT Support Specialist (On-site, Georgia). This is an office-based role. We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Specialist who can ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in our office in Georgia. The role is focused on end-user support, hardware setup, and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
Job Responsibility:
Set up and configure laptops (Windows OS) for new hires
Provide technical support for office employees (hardware & basic software issues)
Troubleshoot laptops and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, headsets, docking stations, etc.)
