Job Responsibility
End-User Champion: Delivers top-notch technical assistance to team members, resolving on-site and remote queries with agility
Infrastructure Management: Handles the deployment, setup, and routine maintenance of essential hardware and software systems
System Optimization: Contributes actively to the continuous upgrade and maintenance of core IT infrastructure
Security & Continuity: Oversees data protection workflows, ensuring robust antivirus operations and reliable backup protocols
Network & Peripherals: Manages and troubleshoots network connectivity (LAN/WAN), printing systems, and essential peripheral devices
Lifecycle Management: Coordinates tech onboarding and offboarding, setting up workstations and user accounts for new arrivals
External Collaborations: Partners with third-party IT vendors to resolve complex, specialized technical challenges
Documentation: Maintains clear, accurate logs of technical procedures and resolutions to build a strong internal knowledge base
Requirements
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in a dedicated IT support or helpdesk environment
Technical Ecosystem: Solid familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and Active Directory management
OS & Software: Strong command of Windows operating systems and standard office productivity suites
Networking Fundamentals: A foundational understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocols, and modern IT infrastructure concepts
Cybersecurity Basics: Core knowledge of essential IT security best practices
Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a knack for diagnosing and resolving L1 tech issues rapidly
