• Respond to help desk tickets and user support requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Provide technical assistance to resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues for both local and remote users
• Troubleshoot, repair, update, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals
• Install, update, and configure operating systems, software applications, and system utilities
• Provide on-site and remote support through various channels, including phone and remote access tools
• Support remote staff by configuring and troubleshooting secure remote access tools
• Assign priority levels to support requests, seek supervisor clarification and assistance when needed, and propose viable workarounds as appropriate
