Job Responsibility:
Deliver essential technical support for hardware, software, and retail peripherals such as POS systems and scanners
Manage the daily operations and troubleshooting of the ERP system and other core business applications
Maintain the continuous functionality of the e-shop and its various third-party integrations
Oversee local network infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi and router configurations
Handle the installation, configuration, and upgrading of all IT equipment and software
Safeguard data integrity through diligent monitoring of backups and security protocols
Coordinate with external technical partners to streamline complex projects and resolutions
Requirements:
1–3 years of professional experience in IT Support or a Helpdesk environment
Solid grasp of ERP systems (knowledge of SoftOne or similar software is highly appreciated)
Strong technical proficiency in Windows OS, Office suites, and basic networking
Practical experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
Exposure to e-commerce operations or retail environments is a significant plus
Basic understanding of SQL or API integrations will be considered an advantage
A proactive mindset with a focus on quick problem resolution and teamwork
