The IT Support Specialist will be the primary in-house resource for all technology-related needs within the company. This individual will provide hands-on support to staff, ensure systems and infrastructure run smoothly, and coordinate with the company’s Managed Services Provider (MSP) for escalations, projects, and strategic IT initiatives. The role requires a blend of technical troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and user support to keep operations efficient, secure, and aligned with business goals.
