Job Description:

Our client is a key industrial solutions provider in Hong Kong, supported by global expertise and a long-standing local presence. They are hiring an IT Support to provide essential day-to-day IT support across the APAC region.

Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive hardware and software support to internal IT users throughout the APAC region
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT service issues reported by end-users
Execute daily operational tasks and perform routine maintenance on office computers and IT equipment
Manage user account creation and access permissions within relevant systems

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related discipline
3+ years of hands-on experience in providing IT Support in a corporate settings
Proficient in supporting a range of Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, Exchange)
Experience in system management software, and ERP system is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
