We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to play a key role in our day-to-day IT operations and support our growing Copenhagen office. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance, People & Culture, Operations, and Tech to ensure a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment that enables teams to perform at their best. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where quality, security, and structure matter.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact for IT Support (hardware, software, network, identity, and access)
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests with a strong focus on user experience
Manage user and hardware lifecycle (procurement, inventory, asset tracking, replacements)
Support day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, groups, access assignments)
Support endpoint security operations and follow established IT security best practices
Participate in IT-related projects and improve documentation and knowledge base materials
Troubleshoot meeting room and AV setups (Teams Rooms, conferencing equipment)
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in an IT Support, IT Operations, or IT Technician role
Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience with endpoint/device management (e.g., Intune or similar MDM)
Familiarity with IT security best practices (MFA, access control, endpoint security)
Experience with ITSM systems and structured ticket handling
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Nice to have:
Relevant degree in IT or related field
Experience with IT access management
Experience with FreshService
Experience with working in regulated environments
Experience with basic automation or workflow optimization
