Our client is seeking a hands‑on IT Support Specialist to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance across corporate systems, devices, and office environments. This role supports multiple operating systems, AV setups, and end‑user onboarding/offboarding while contributing to ongoing IT initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Provide daily technical support via walk‑ups, tickets, email, chat, and phone
Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu)
Deliver AV and conference room support for meetings and events
Image and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
Install, maintain, and upgrade computers, software, and peripherals
Support networking, server infrastructure, and multimedia systems as needed
Handle onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup and account access
Support new hires with workstation setup and IT orientation
Support client's office locations with facility‑related technology needs
Coordinate with building management, telco providers, and ISPs
Assist with corporate IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements
Contribute to client's technology initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
Strong understanding of corporate IT environments, including common enterprise technology solutions and infrastructure
Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu) operating systems
Proven experience providing AV/conference room support for meetings and presentations
Experience imaging and deploying devices using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a fast-paced user support environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with end users
