Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will support end users, manage IT equipment, and help maintain a reliable and professional digital workplace experience across the organization. This role combines user support, hardware management, asset administration, and cooperation with multiple IT teams in an international environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide professional and efficient IT support for end users
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and replace IT accessories and peripheral devices
  • Support hardware purchasing and replacement processes
  • Manage IT assets and inventory
  • Support physical LAN infrastructure and network patching
  • Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence
  • Document workarounds, known issues, and standard procedures
  • Escalate incidents and requests to relevant IT teams when needed
  • Support continuous improvement of IT support processes and user experience

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate English level
  • Ability to work in a structured and customer-oriented way
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of LAN/networking
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft Office
  • Experience with IT asset management
  • Technical education or studies related to IT
