We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy IT Deployment & Client Support Specialist to join us as an alternant. Our business delivers a cutting-edge software solution that relies on physical hardware for site-wide installation. This is a unique 'hybrid' IT role: you aren't just sitting behind a desk fixing internal laptops. 80% of your mission will focus on our clients: preparing the hardware that powers our AI and coordinating with client-side IT departments to ensure a seamless setup. The remaining 20% will involve keeping our internal team running smoothly.
Job Responsibility
Prepare the hardware that powers our AI and coordinate with client-side IT departments to ensure a seamless setup
Keep internal team running smoothly
Take ownership of the Golden Image, unbox, configure, and stress-test hardware units
Act as the technical point of contact for clients' IT teams
Provide first-level troubleshooting for clients
Maintain a rigorous tracking system for all hardware assets
Setup workstations and manage access for new employees
Handle basic administration within the Microsoft ecosystem
Ensure the Lyon office infrastructure is always operational
Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, System Administration, or a related field

Organization
Basic knowledge of networking (Port forwarding, IP addresses, VPNs)
Nice to have
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions
