We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across Windows-based environments. This role will support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and administer core technologies including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, and printers
Support user account management in Active Directory (user creation, group membership, password resets)
Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
