We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support for employees and assist with day‑to‑day IT operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and working across hardware, software, and SaaS tools.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Tier 1–2 support for devices, apps, and access issues
Set up laptops, accounts, and equipment for new hires
Troubleshoot Windows/Mac issues, connectivity, printers, and peripherals
Support O365 or Google Workspace
Help with ticket triage, documentation, and asset tracking
Assist with basic networking, VPN, and mobile device management
Escalate advanced issues to senior IT staff
Requirements:
1–3 years of IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Familiarity with Windows/Mac, SaaS tools, and basic networking
