Job Responsibility:
1st and 2nd level support together with two colleagues in the local Service Desk team
Providing support via email, phone, and face-to-face
Supporting internal staff with both hardware and software
Administering Microsoft and Citrix solutions, and managing employee devices
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in IT support
Experience with Microsoft OS – especially Windows 10/11
Knowledge of the Office suite (O365), antivirus tools, and iOS/Android systems
Fluent communication in Greenlandic and Danish
Service-minded, reliable, and flexible
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Willingness to share knowledge openly with colleagues
Willingness to travel to Royal Greenland locations across Greenland
Nice to have:
