Job Responsibility

  • Provide first-line IT support to staff
  • Manage and resolve incidents via the IT service system
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
  • Support IT projects and system improvements

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience supporting IT systems in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Windows Server (2019/2022), and technologies such as Veeam, Hyper-V and Teams Phone is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to present information clearly and accurately
  • Flexible and positive approach
  • Commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent customer service
  • Access to a car or access to a means of mobility support to meet travel demands of the post is essential (if driving must have a current valid driving licence and appropriate business insurance)

Nice to have

Experience of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Windows Server (2019/2022), and technologies such as Veeam, Hyper-V and Teams Phone
