As an IT Support & Network Technician (m/f/d), you are the central contact person for our customers and ensure that our innovative parking and access systems run smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Remotely support customers from within the support team and ensure their systems function stably and reliably
Process technical requests according to agreed service levels (SLA) and actively contribute to improving response and resolution times
Identify optimization potential in existing installations and support customers in the introduction of new products and solutions
Contribute technical know-how – especially in the areas of IT, networks or system integration – in close collaboration with Global Technical Support and partners
Work independently, are solution-oriented, and contribute to continuously improving service quality
Requirements:
Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist with a Federal Certificate of Competence or similar)
Initial experience in technical support
Experience in the technical or networking field
Good understanding of IT
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
Independent, flexible work style and team spirit
Fluent German and good English skills
