Job Description:

As an IT Support & Network Technician (m/f/d), you are the central contact person for our customers and ensure that our innovative parking and access systems run smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Remotely support customers from within the support team and ensure their systems function stably and reliably
  • Process technical requests according to agreed service levels (SLA) and actively contribute to improving response and resolution times
  • Identify optimization potential in existing installations and support customers in the introduction of new products and solutions
  • Contribute technical know-how – especially in the areas of IT, networks or system integration – in close collaboration with Global Technical Support and partners
  • Work independently, are solution-oriented, and contribute to continuously improving service quality

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist with a Federal Certificate of Competence or similar)
  • Initial experience in technical support
  • Experience in the technical or networking field
  • Good understanding of IT
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Independent, flexible work style and team spirit
  • Fluent German and good English skills
