Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact for front-line IT inquiries via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone
Execute user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding) and access control via Active Directory
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Microsoft 365 suite, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Intune device management
Monitor and maintain physical servers, network connectivity, and peripheral hardware to ensure zero business disruption
Maintain rigorous hardware and software inventories to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Assist in the rollout of new system implementations and enterprise-wide technical upgrades
Strictly enforce IT security protocols to safeguard sensitive organisational data
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a corporate IT support environment
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Strong hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) and Windows Desktop environments
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of ownership and a team-centric mindset
Fluent in English and Cantonese is essential for user communication
