We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for end users and client environments in Savannah, Georgia. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex desktop, system, and network issues while delivering a high standard of service. The person in this role will handle escalated support needs, maintain core IT systems, and contribute to a stable and secure technology environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide Tier 3 technical support across multiple client environments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, systems, and infrastructure
Lead and execute IT installations and deployment projects (network, hardware, cloud, and security)
Configure and maintain network infrastructure (switches, LAN/WAN, DNS)
Manage and support VoIP systems and connectivity issues
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory environments
Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, user management)
Maintain and support VMware / virtualized environments
Implement and maintain IT security best practices
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and support
