Job Responsibility:
Provide hands-on technical support to Europe-based staff, covering desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and office infrastructure
Manage meeting room technology, including video conferencing and AV equipment
Act as the first point of escalation for hardware, software, and network issues in the Budapest office
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding through device provisioning and account setup
Provide remote support to global colleagues using remote access tools and service desk platforms
Contribute to group-wide IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades and security initiatives
Support cloud-based collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
Participate in patch management and endpoint security to maintain group IT standards
Log, track, and resolve incidents via the ITSM system, ensuring SLAs are met
Maintain accurate documentation of solutions and procedures for knowledge sharing
Mentor junior IT engineers, providing technical knowledge transfer and building their confidence
Deliver occasional user training on IT tools and security best practices
Requirements:
Strong Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365 administration
Cloud & Identity: Experience with Azure AD/Microsoft Entra, including MFA, groups, and permissions
Networking Foundations: Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting
Device Management: Hands-on experience with laptops, mobile devices, printers, and AV hardware
1-3 years experience

University education
