We are seeking an IT Support Technician with basic troubleshooting skills to provide technical assistance to end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and experience working with various operating systems and hardware.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices (routers, switches, access points, and VPN equipment)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues following set instructions
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of standard software on workstations, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
Support users with Windows (all versions), Mac, and other operating systems
Effectively manage time to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Communicate effectively with end-users and operational teams through professional oral and telephone communication
Requirements:
