Our client, a well-established IT solutions provider with over 30 years of experience, is looking to expand their technical team with the addition of an IT Support Engineer. This is an office-based role, supporting a broad client base across multiple locations nationwide. The successful candidate will be a professional and customer-focused IT Support Engineer, responsible for delivering high-quality technical support. The role is primarily remote support-based, with occasional on-site visits as required.
Job Responsibility:
Provide remote technical support to clients across multiple locations
Deliver occasional on-site support when required
Configure and deploy hardware and software solutions
Diagnose and repair technical issues across systems and devices
Perform routine maintenance and preventative support tasks
Support Microsoft environments including Office 365 and Windows OS
Configure and maintain servers, switches, routers, and firewalls
Assist with cloud services configuration and support
Requirements:
Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls)
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
Active Directory / Azure AD administration, including Group Policy
Windows 10/11 support
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Applicants must have prior experience in a similar IT support role
