We’re partnering with a growing, PE-backed business to hire an IT Support Engineer to join at a key stage of its build-out, reporting directly to a newly appointed IT Manager. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support across a Microsoft-based environment, helping establish a reliable, high-performing IT function from the ground up.
Job Responsibility
Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to internal users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and core business systems
Assist with onboarding, user setup, and device management
Work closely with the IT Manager on process improvement and rollout of new systems
Requirements
Strong experience in 1st/2nd line IT support
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft stack (M365, Azure, Windows)
Experience supporting end-users in a fast-paced environment
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service approach
