IT Support Engineer

• Respond fast and effectively to customer requests to quickly resolve technical issues
• Keep customers informed in case of problem escalation needed
• Analyze repetitive tickets and think about possible root solutions
• Propose and implement modifications to reduce the number of tickets received monthly
• Identify routine IT tasks that could be automated
• Collaborate with the team to develop and deploy automation solutions

• Has a real appetite for IT and new technologies
• Is proactive, anticipating user needs and proposing process improvements
• Is autonomous and flexible
• Has an analytical mind
• Can easily adapt to changes
• Is enthusiastic and has a positive attitude
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), Spanish and French can be a plus
• Professional experience is not necessarily required, but we are looking for a high level of self-demanding profile with a thirst for learning
