Job Description:

IT Tech Support and Development Specialist Type: Permanent FTE with Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support primarily for Microsoft technologies and some Mac users
Write SQL queries and utilize C# for light development tasks
Assist in improving business processes through technical solutions
Troubleshoot VPN, virtual desktops, network issues, and Excel files

Requirements:

Computer Science or related degree
5+ years of experience in IT support and development
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows, C#, VBA, SQL Server, Office Suite)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Business analysis skills
Excellent communication skills
