You’ll be at the heart of our estate-wide technology, ensuring systems run smoothly across every corner of the business—from front-of-house hospitality to retail, spa, and ecommerce operations. Working closely with the IT Support Manager, you’ll deliver hands-on, customer-focused support, playing a vital role in maintaining business-critical systems where uptime, responsiveness, and discretion are key. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and your impact will be felt across the entire estate.
Job Responsibility:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hospitality-critical systems
Troubleshoot systems including PMS, POS, payment terminals, telephony, and access control
Support guest-facing technology across exhibits and hotel rooms
Set up and maintain Windows, Apple devices, and user environments
Administer Microsoft 365, user access, VPNs, and shared drives
Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and security systems across the estate
Log, track, and resolve IT tickets within SLA agreements
Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain system documentation
Requirements:
Previous IT support experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments
Relevant IT qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365
Understanding of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Experience supporting POS systems and payment solutions
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Ability to prioritise and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, organised, and a proactive self-starter
