We’re looking for an IT Support Assistant to join our IT team, supporting the systems and technology that keep Everyman running smoothly across our venues and Support Office. Based primarily at Downshire Hill, this role will act as the first point of contact for IT support, helping venues and teams resolve technical issues and ensuring our systems remain reliable and fit for purpose. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role would suit someone with hands on IT support experience, who enjoys supporting colleagues and resolving technical issues across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries across the business
Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
Supporting Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365 environments
Managing user accounts and permissions through Active Directory and Azure AD
Assisting with device builds, equipment setup and system updates
Maintaining IT asset records and supporting onboarding processes
Logging and tracking incidents through our IT helpdesk system
Supporting meeting room technology and AV equipment
Liaising with external suppliers where required and occasionally travelling to venue to provide in venue support
Requirements:
