Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Divison is partnering with a well-established Memphis-based organization to add an IT Support Analyst to their team. This role is 100% onsite and offers a contract-to-hire path for the right person.
Job Responsibility
Provide day-to-day support for end users across hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, applications, and connectivity
Support Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365)
Assist with user account management (Active Directory)
Perform software installations, updates, and equipment setup
Document all work and resolutions in the ticketing system
Partner with internal teams to support IT initiatives and system improvements
Assist with inventory tracking and hardware lifecycle management
Requirements
1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
Experience in a Windows-based environment
Familiarity with Active Directory
Strong communication skills — able to support non-technical users
Comfortable working onsite in a team-oriented environment
Exposure to networking (wireless, connectivity troubleshooting)
Basic understanding of SQL/ODBC connections
Experience working within a ticketing system
