IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and documenting IT systems while ensuring seamless production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and configuration of systems while ensuring seamless production support and automated process management. Day to day, the successful candidate will be responsible for management of a large suite of interfaces (i.e. automated processes), which comprise of mostly AFT and SSIS data delivery processes. This will involve routine daily health checks of the interfaces via our client’s Control-M scheduler, and management of interface failures delivered through the ServiceNow ticketing system. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring/responding to queries and ad-hoc requests via our shared mailbox and will also have the opportunity to support in the preparation of documentation and requests for new processes to be built.
