The IT Support Analyst is an opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to work with colleagues across Digital & Technology, including on key projects such as deployments or installations. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our IT Support Services team. With a can-do attitude, you’ll play a vital role in supporting users both remotely and desk-side, with most of your work being escalated from our IT Service Desk. You’ll support both staff and student computers, providing a quick response to standard day-to-day issues and requests, as well as engaging with projects. You’ll be based at London College of Fashion, Stratford.
Job Responsibility:
Provide 2nd line support in a large enterprise environment
Support users both remotely and desk-side
Work on escalated issues from the IT Service Desk
Support both staff and student computers
Provide a quick response to standard day-to-day issues and requests
Engage with projects such as deployments or installations
Requirements:
Experience of working across Windows and Mac environments, including deployment and configuration of operating systems, hardware maintenance and fault-finding using command line tools
Experience supporting Active Directory, JAMF, Intune, DHCP, DNS and other networking technologies/basic network services
Excellent customer service skills
A logical, analytical approach to problem solving
Ability to interpret customer requests to resolve problems
