Provide day-to-day IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and ERP system issues. Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to desktops, laptops, applications, and system access. Support basic ERP functions (user access, data entry issues, navigation, and error troubleshooting). Install, configure, and maintain software applications and user environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and common business applications. Assist with user account management (password resets, permissions, onboarding/offboarding). Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system and knowledge base. Escalate complex technical or ERP-related issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed. Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks. Provide basic training and guidance to users on software and system usage. Support integration points between ERP and other business tools at a basic level.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role
Basic understanding of ERP systems (such as JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or tickets
Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
