You will be joining a growing team and supporting their day to day as well as projects. You will be supporting a worldwide organization through tickets, walk ins, and phone calls. There may be some travel involved but not required.
Job Responsibility:
Setup, relocate, configure, and troubleshoot end-user, meeting room, and office equipment on site
Support the local network on a day to day basis
Support on-prem infrastructure as this rolls in from acquisitions
Plan / execute migration of this to cloud services working closely with other colleagues across the group
Supporting a worldwide organization through tickets, walk ins, and phone calls
Collaborating with colleagues and working with different business units
Requirements:
Experience within a help desk
Understands how to prioritize and take initiative
Experience creating users in Entra ID
Basic knowledge of Azure environments
Experience deploying laptops through Intune
Experience with ticketing systems
