Our client is looing for a 3rd line IT support temp. A leading organisation. This not-for-profit organisation is dedicated to making a positive impact within its field. Operating as a medium-sized entity, it supports its goals through a well-established technology department and a commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 3rd line IT support to ensure optimal performance of systems and services
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the wider technology team to implement system upgrades and improvements
  • Monitor system performance and address any potential issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes
  • Support the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems
  • Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a 3rd line IT support role within the technology sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of system infrastructure and network architecture
