As an IT Supervisor, you will support the resort’s technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of network security, hardware performance, and software functionality. You will oversee system installations, troubleshooting, and collaborate with both internal departments and external vendors.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and maintain all IT systems, networks, and equipment
Provide first-line support to staff and ensure timely issue resolution
Assist in setting up workstations, POS systems, servers, and guest-facing technologies
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons IT standards and security protocols
Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and software support
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and documentation
Support in training team members on basic system usage
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field
2+ years of IT experience
Hospitality environment preferred
Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, and IT hardware
Experience with PMS, POS, and back-office hotel systems is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent in English
Arabic is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call support
