It Supervisor

• Supervise a small team of IT staff, ensuring efficient task distribution and performance
• Provide guidance, training, and escalation support to team members
• Serve as the point of contact for IT issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures
• Oversee the performance and maintenance of networks, systems, and cloud services
• Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and asset tracking
• Oversee device provisioning, system deployments, and user setup
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal system downtime
• Support data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Identify and implement process improvements and basic automation solutions
• Support the use of tools such as RPA, chatbots, and AI where applicable
• Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of IT experience, with 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and troubleshooting
• Experience managing IT inventory and overseeing deployments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
