Job Description

Reporting to the Director of IT, the IT Specialist is Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications activities at property.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with user and system administration, including account management and access troubleshooting
  • Support various hotel applications such as Opera, Simphony, back office, sales, catering, and HR systems
  • Contribute to IT infrastructure data management and the provisioning of documentation
  • Provide assistance in the coordination and execution of IT projects
  • Help maintain critical systems (PMS, HSIA, PBX, POS) and support user procedures
  • Assist with server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, and OS upgrades
  • Provide system support services, including outage diagnosis, troubleshooting, and virus protection
  • Help uphold Four Seasons' core technology standards in all IT operations
  • Assist in coordinating new technology acquisitions and major projects
  • Participate in property-level and corporate technology implementation initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality IT field is preferrable
  • Networking Skills & Knowledge (CISCO, Wireless, GPON)
  • Operating System knowledge
  • Microsoft O365 administration skills
  • Security awareness
  • Clear and Open Communication
  • Adapt to various situations and inspire others
  • Build strong, positive relationships with guests, making them feel valued and welcomed
  • Fluent in English
  • Greek is a strong advantage
