360Learning’s IT Specialist is contributing to the internal IT Department to provide the best experience for employees. With 400 FTEs (of which 100 are in the USA), multiple 3rd party delivery partners and outsourced IT service providers to manage, the IT Specialist is key to the success of daily IT operations. Based in France, you’ll have the opportunity to work partially remotely and will partner closely with the HR and Security team. You’ll report to the IT Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of internal IT support operations and deliver improvements to streamline workflows and response times
Act as the main operational point of contact for employee IT support
Monitor MDM compliance and provide employee support for device-related issues
Coordinate with the Hardware Managed Service Provider (MSP) to execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure consistent execution of internal IT processes across all regions
Proactively reduce recurring support issues through process improvements and better documentation
Improve inventory accuracy and asset lifecycle tracking
Contribute to automation and workflow optimization initiatives
Be a key operational contributor to the management of self-hosted IT internal applications
Act as an IT operations point of contact during security or IT incidents
Contribute to the standardization, hardening, and lifecycle management of operating systems
Contribute to the implementation of automated support solutions
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Internal IT, IT Support, or IT Operations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support and operations context
Interest in scripting and automating work (Python, Bash, or REST APIs are a plus)
Familiarity with MDM solutions (Jamf and Intune are a plus) and endpoint environments (macOS and Windows)
Good understanding of operating systems and comfortable supporting OS upgrades and device compliance
Automation-first mindset for internal IT support
Experience working with remote teams and comfortable with asynchronous communication
Very good written communication skills and a strong sense of service
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
