Job Responsibility
Provide end-user technical support and manage core systems and day-to-day IT operations
Handle everything from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, delivering best-in-class support
Work closely with the global IT team to maintain high security and IT standards across the organization
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an IT support role
Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments
Experience with Google Workspace and Windows Server technologies (AD)
Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and MDM/EMM systems
Experience with video conferencing systems — Zoom and Poly hardware is a strong plus
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting — plus!
A "think big" mindset — you see beyond the ticket and look for ways to improve systems, processes, and the overall IT experience
High-level troubleshooting skills — you dig deep, think critically, and don't stop at the surface
