Job Description

Four Seasons Hotel Tunis is looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Specialist to support the daily operations of all technology systems across the property. This role is focused on hands-on technical support and system reliability, ensuring that all hotel systems operate efficiently to deliver a seamless guest and employee experience in a luxury hospitality environment. A strong understanding of hospitality operations is essential to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT systems, including data, voice, and hotel applications
  • Ensure the continuous availability of critical hotel systems, such as Property Management System (PMS)
  • Front Office systems
  • Call Accounting
  • HSIA (High-Speed Internet Access)
  • PABX / telephony
  • Food & Beverage POS
  • Provide timely technical support to all departments to minimize down time and ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in system upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance activities
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required
  • Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and user guides
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and corporate policies
  • Work closely with all hotel departments and corporate IT teams to support operational needs
  • Participate in support coverage as required for 24/7 hotel operations

Requirements

  • Hospitality background is required (hotel or resort experience preferred)
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS, POS, networking, telephony) is a strong advantage
  • Solid technical skills in Microsoft Windows and macOS
  • Network infrastructure and troubleshooting (Cisco and Ruckus environments preferred)
  • Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Ruckus, or similar) are an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
